Compliment of the day to you. I am sorry for the late response to your email. It was due to the fact that our server was bad in the office, which now resulted to my working extra hours now. Carina, please be informed that after our Board of Trustees meeting on Friday morning, our accounting department was duly instructed to issue out your Grant Release Order by forwarding your duly Approved Payment Voucher to our Bankers, Lloyds TSB Bank for onward remittance of your grant payment of $2,545,000.00 US Dollars into your nominated account. In that same vein a directive was also given to the organisations Lawyer to procure the other neccessary documents needed for your funds claims with the bank.
In line with the above instructions we will want to remind you that we are still awaiting your Indemnity Bond Certificate and Insurance Guarantee Bond from the EU indemnity bond agency and will advice that you cooperate with the agency to enable them issue you that Indemnity Bond Certificate and Insurance Guarantee Bond. Please do provide us with these as the Board had instructed that you have between now and Friday the 7th of March, 2008 to claim your grant or have your grant Nomination Numbers recycled in our upcoming draws coming up soon.
Ms. Carina, if you will take to my professional advice, i will advice that you do all you can to procure the Indemnity Bond Certificate and Insurance Guarantee Bond as instructed before this date as i am not very certain you will be granted any form of extension once this date expires.
Please do note that i had attached a copy of your payment voucher as duely approved by the board and also attached to this email is an Affidavit of claims from the British Royal court here that was procured by the Lawyer, stating the source of this funds. With this Affidavit of claims you will not have any problem clearing this funds with your bank and your country's authorities when it had been transfered into your account. The original copy will be sent to you via courier when the funds have been duely transferred into your account.
